The new commune of Orée d’Anjou located in Maine et Loire (France) decided in 2021 to equip itself with the overseeder Rotadairon® ROOG 150.60.
We were able to talk with Benoit Toublanc, head of the green spaces department, pole 1.
“This investment allows us to overseed our 11 soccer fields, which is an area of approximately 66,640 m².
Killian Guérin, the technical agent trained to use this machine, spends about 2.5 hours overseeding each field (in 2 or 3 directions). This operation is carried out 3 times a year, at the end of March, end of May and end of September. In view of the long periods of drought that we are experiencing today, tests will be carried out this year with the latest generation of tall fescue and Cynodon dactylon.
This acquired competence allows us to freely overseeder our stadiums in optimal conditions with an easy-to-use reseeder that is very effective in its function.”
